Job Location: Ahmedabad

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will meticulously oversee and coordinate diverse projects, ensuring seamless delivery while aligning with client needs, deadlines, and technical project requirements. With a strong focus on e-commerce project management, this role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Monitor project details, timelines, and commitments. Handle changes and mitigate potential risks through effective planning
Collaborate with team members to distribute workloads efficiently, ensuring the right skills are utilized for each task
Coordinate with the team leaders and efficiently manage project documentation
Develop comprehensive internal project documentation, encompassing the scope of work, proposals, and technical flowcharts
Continuously evaluate existing technical processes, provide valuable insights, and propose enhancements as required
Adapt to and manage changes effectively to achieve project goals
Foster effective communication between the India team, the US team, and clients to prioritize tasks and ensure clear project assignments
Maintain open lines of communication with team leaders, senior management, the US team, and clients through routine status reports and meetings
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, provide regular progress updates to clients, and promptly address any arising issues
Regularly assess project health and take necessary actions to ensure project success

Desired Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Manager or similar role, with a focus on e-commerce project management (WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce)
Proven ability to create detailed reports and deliver impactful presentations to clients at various levels
Maintain an active role in client interaction, facilitating team and client meetings, and ensuring clear communication of project-related information to leadership
In-depth knowledge of WordPress projects
Familiarity with various forms, plugins, and payment gateways used in WordPress
Ability to provide solutions to clients and ask relevant questions during calls
Exceptional organizational skills, adept at managing multiple projects and interacting with various clients simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills crucial for effective project coordination
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, emphasizing practical and innovative solutions
Ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus
