2. Risk management
3. Release management
4. Healthcare Domain Experience
5. Clear communication (Verbal and written)

JD:

1. Prepare the E2E project plan for complex projects
2. Identify and manage risks
3. Manage stakeholders
4. Conduct scrum ceremonies
5. Take up release management activities
6. Prepare weekly status reports
7. Plan the sprint/release activities in Jira or similar tools
