Data Project Manager

Project Management
Manage and deliver all assigned projects as per agreed time frame, allocated budget, resource and quality criteria.
Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans
Responsible for Identification & all the communication with the stakeholders.
Define project baselines for measuring the project progress. Evaluate the cause of deviation from the baseline and take corrective action to address the deviations.
Interpret data analyses and developing action plans accordingly and assist in making strategic data-related decisions by analyzing, manipulating, tracking, and reporting data.
Follow Agile principle and framework while working in project and make sure to manage and perform all agile discipline

Engage with different Function within OBS in designing solutions which will deliver real business value leveraging complex Data Analytics and/or cutting-edge AI & Intelligent Automation technologies

Lead the design and delivery of Data Analytics & Governance and/or AI and automation solutions for business.

Demonstrate through leadership to advise stakeholders on Data & AI strategy and detailed use cases by leveraging established insight and industry leading practices

Formulate and deploy Data Analytics & AI strategies for different teams which include creating an Data & AI blueprint & roadmap.

Ability to move between high level architectural review/design; level of doing all phases of an solution delivery project.

You are required to understand the strategic direction set by senior management, clearly communicate team goals, deliverables, and keep the team updated on change

You would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team.

Develop tools and methodologies for the practical application of Data & AI technologies to address business problems on data quality improvement or other business improvement use cases

Able to own and drive the Data & AI Strategy initiatives and track the outcomes by liaising with stakeholders

Contribute to Data & AI function, delivering presentations and crafting of Data & AI solutions - develop proposals to help our stakeholders understand proposed solutions and their business impact

Education, qualifications, and certifications

A bachelor's degree in science, computers/IT, engineering or commerce. Professional Software Certification Data Analytics, Governance or Artificial Intelligence domain will be a plus.

Advanced Data Analytics or Data Science expertise or credentials needed.

Project Management certifications such as SCRUM, PRINCE2, PMP and also Six Sigma, ITIL will be an advantage.

Experience:

The right person for this role will be a seasoned expert in data & AI project management and have extensive experience of the design and delivery of Analytics, Data Quality & Governance or AI solutions for business.

Should have worked on handling Data Quality, Governance or AI application projects.

Positive work attitude with ability to work well as a team with personnel from other teams/organizations.

Knowledge and abilities:

Have extensive experience of the design and delivery of Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence solutions

Able to work with complex database structure / schema.

Must have solid background and understanding in Data Quality & Governance & Artificial Intelligence application landscape

Ability to coordinate multiple projects/activities at the same time.

Ability to drive initiatives from within the team and realize them for organization and/or teams benefit.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
