Project Description:

Development of Gateway and Braking ECU for Tier 1.
The project demands expertise in Classic AUTOSAR and SW integration capabilities. Team would be responsible for providing integration of complete Autosar Stack include BSW, MCAL, Etc including the testing of the component and delivered of incremental releases to the customer

Responsibilities:

• Creation and regular updates of Software Project Plans
• Coordination of Software Team Activities
• Tracking progress, monitoring, and control of project milestones
• Risk Management and change requests
• Leadership in people management aspects
• Customer-facing interactions and relationship management
• Leading task forces and resolving dependencies

Capable of leading complex development project execution
Should be a people manager and should have experience leading a large team in an Automotive project
Should have the mentoring skills and leadership qualities, and be able to build a strong technical team under him/her
Should have exceptional problem-solving skills and technical guidance skills
Should have Management skills, stakeholder management, Risk management and P&L ownership
Should have good communication skills
Should be proficient in PPT, Excel, Confluence, JIRA etc
