Role & Responsibilities

Industrial Automation & Robotics Applications:

• Lead and manage automation projects focused on industrial automation systems and robotic applications across multiple industries.
• Provide technical expertise in the integration and deployment of automation technologies.

PLC & HMI Programming & Robotic Commissioning:

• Hands-on involvement in the programming and configuration of PLC and HMI systems.
• Oversee robotic commissioning, ensuring all robotic systems are correctly configured and fully operational.

Robotic Integration in CNC, Grinding, and Honing Machines:

• Plan, design, and implement the integration of robots into CNC, grinding, and honing machines to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure that robots work seamlessly within existing machinery, providing automation solutions that enhance performance.

Troubleshooting & Debugging:

• Troubleshoot and debug electrical circuits, PLC programs, and automation systems to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the team to identify, address, and resolve any technical challenges that arise during project execution.

Project Management & Coordination:

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring that all automation projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, clients, and vendors, to ensure successful project outcomes.

PLC Knowledge and Controller Integration:

• Demonstrate strong expertise in various PLC controllers, including Omron, Mitsubishi, Messung, Delta, Schneider, and Allen Bradley.
• Integrate these PLC systems with different automation components to create efficient, reliable systems.
