Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in air-conditioning projects. The ideal candidate will have over 7-10 years of experience in managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost control. This role requires expertise in planning, execution, and coordination with cross-functional teams, including clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cleanroom, HVAC, or air-conditioning projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and execute project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality protocols.
• Oversee procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and installation teams to meet project requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns.
• Optimize project execution to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
• Lead and mentor project teams to enhance productivity and professional development.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in project management in Iron and Steel Industry.
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of air-conditioning technologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects within budget and on schedule.
• Expertise in contract management, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
