Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, design, and implementation of E2E test environments for 5G and 6G networks, ensuring they meet Ericssons high standards of quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with global teams, including RD, engineering, and IT, to define testing requirements and specifications.
Oversee the integration of various testing components and technologies to create seamless and scalable test environments.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful and timely delivery of test environments.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within Ericsson.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management, with a focus on telecommunications or related fields.
In-depth understanding of 5G and 6G technologies and network architecture.
Strong knowledge and experience with the implementation of test environments and related technologies.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
