Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within deadlines and budget, while ensuring the highest quality and stakeholder satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to coordinate between teams and deliver results that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor and manage project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues or delays.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders, providing transparency on status, risks, and changes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and quality expectations.
• Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and other external parties involved in the project.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, engineering, IT, or related field (Masters degree is a plus).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Jira).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred.
