Manager - Project Monitoring

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning and Scheduling:
• Develop, update, and manage project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and critical paths to ensure timely delivery.
2. Budgeting and Cashflow Management:
• Prepare project budgets, monitor actual vs. planned expenses, and manage cash flows.
• Work closely with the finance team for cost optimization.
3. P&L Monitoring and MIS Reporting:
• Track project P&L to ensure profitability.
• Generate and analyze MIS reports, highlighting key metrics and variances.
4. Risk Management:
• Identify risks related to project execution and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements.
5. Stakeholder Coordination:
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and vendors for smooth execution.
• Participate in project review meetings and provide actionable insights.
6. Performance Improvement:
• Recommend and implement best practices for project management and execution.
• Regularly evaluate project performance against KPIs.
