Project Manager/ Scrum Master

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Understanding of Scrum and Agile Methodologies.

Conduct Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Promote Agile practices and principles within the team and organization.

Project Coordination and Management

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders/resources to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.

Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.

Effective Communication and Reporting

Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project goals are met.

Provide regular updates on project progress, outcomes, and risks to appropriate management channels.

Escalate issues as necessary according to the project work plan.

Project Monitoring and Control

Generate reports to analyze project timelines and understand issues.

Ensure project delivery is on time and according to the requirements.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and project plans.

Project Lifecycle Management

Understand and manage the project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closure.

Ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Your Skills and Experience:

Experience in Scrum and Agile: 2-4 years of experience in Scrum.

Certifications: Scrum or PMP Certification would be a plus.

Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing projects, particularly in the SaaS-based product domain.

Technical Proficiency: Understanding of project management tools and software.

Analytical Skills: Ability to generate and interpret project reports and data.
