Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Manager with 6-8 years of experience to manage and lead a project team for the Mumbai Site (Nexus Mall - Seawoods Darave).

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent client communication abilities, and the capacity to manage stakeholders while ensuring timely delivery and execution of project goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure smooth coordination with clients and partners.

- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications.

- Understand client needs and ensure their satisfaction with project outcomes.

- Prepare regular reports, status updates, and project documentation.

- Monitor project progress and ensure accuracy in MIS reports.

- Lead a small project team and oversee their day-to-day tasks.

- Handle team management, providing direction, feedback, and motivation.

- Identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle.

- Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders.

- Present project updates and reports confidently.

- Take proactive ownership of the site and project tasks.

- Ensure accountability for all project activities and deliverables.

- Interpret client/customer needs and translate them into technical requirements for the project team.

- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

- Familiarity with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools.

- Experience in monitoring and managing project health is a plus.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- 6 - 8 years of experience in project management roles.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and people management abilities.

- Ability to take ownership, show initiative, and drive projects to completion.

- Experience in client interaction and stakeholder management.

- Familiarity with APM tools and monitoring experience is an added advantage.
