Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive blockchain development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of blockchain technology, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1) Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

2) Develop detailed project plans and timelines.

3) Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.

4) Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.

5) Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.

6) Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and changes.

7) Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

8) Manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.

9) Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.

10) Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and reports.

11) Implement and manage Agile practices to improve team performance and project delivery.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in blockchain or technology sectors.

- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. , Jira, Trello, Asana).

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
