Project Manager

Project Manager duties shall include:

● Supervising, managing and motivating team members.

• Provide progress reports of the project to client and relevant stakeholders.

● Risk Management.

● Understand technical and business requirements of the client and identify skills and resources required for the project.

• Technical assistance to the team.

● Evaluate and Identify training required for team members and build the competency map.

● Oversee all project execution procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.

• Technical review of work products delivered by team

● Measure project/product performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

● Coordinate between team and client for the flawless execution of projects.

• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project/product documentation.
• Ensure timely deliverables from the team with high quality work products

Key skills

● The ideal candidate should be well-versed in all matters of product development at the software level. The skills valued for this role are:

● Proven experience in Administrative and People Management.

• Experience on project management tools like Microsoft Project Plan(MPP), Gannt Chart, PERT Chart or similar tools.
• Experience in software and task estimation.

● Solid technical background with proven working experience in any automotive electronics area.

• Experience in new product development process and value engineering as per SAE process.
• Should have good knowledge about the test setup requirements and the test bench requirements, for the specific tests.

● Good test results analysis and report compilation skills.

● Excellent Leadership Skills and Presentation Skills.

● Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
