Looking for Automation Manager with 10+ Years of experience and Test Management of 30+ people
- Overall 10+ Years Industry Experience in Automation Testing.
- Hands-on Automation Framework development experience on Selenium
- Hands on Experience on Technical Problem solving, Code Reviews and Planning
- Good Communication skills with experience on Client Presentations, Reporting
- Good Understanding of Automation Estimation, End to End Process and Metrics
- Should possess good hands-on experience on ROI Calculation, Automation Decision s
- Experience in leading a QA team of 10+ or managing the careers of direct reports at different levels of career development.
- Good Experience and Knowledge on Test Management, Test Strategy and Testing Methodologies
- Good Knowledge on Automation Test Script Desing and Defect Management
- Good Understanding of Testing Process, Stakeholder Management and Communication, Reporting
- Handson Experience on Azzure Devops is preferable.
