About the role: .

• A skilled individual with a strong foundation in project management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Support project teams by performing administrative activities and facilitating project logistics
• Individual with a knowledge of data analysis/visualization tools such as PowerBi and QuickBase

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for managing and tracking all PMO KPIs
• Responsible for administration of PS projects in Planview project management tool
• Work with Project Managers to follow up on business critical KPIs
• Work closely with PM and Practise managers to collate data and streamline processes
• Assists in daily coordination of various assigned projects.
• Develops reports and produces materials required to support ops reports
• Serves as a communication liaison between PMs and other FIS functional or department managers to understand all necessary aspects of projects and to ensure all are fully informed of objectives, purposes and progress.
• Excellent interpersonal skills as the position will need to work with global cross-functional teams
• Automation of reporting processes using Excel or web tools
• Providing reports based on PS metrics and timesheet tracking information
• Responsible for documenting PMO, Ops processes to ensure they can be understood and followed by the development group
• Responsible for development and analysis of dashboards using PowerBi , QuickBase tool

What you will need:

• Bachelor s degree in business administration or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
• 2+ yrs exp in project management area
• Familiarity with PMO tools and certifications such as PMP or CAPM
• Effective analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and time management skills
• Ability to utilize project management software to manage projects
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in nature
• Advance excel knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling them to convey complex ideas clearly
