Role and Responsibilities

Lead/mentor team of Engineers in Automotive Interior Trims.

Responsible for working with team on technical solutions, CAD solutions, overall quality of the Team and meeting the project timeline requirement

Support project leaders in meeting the desired timelines and quality.

Responsible for investigation and design complex parts in the project

Qualifications and Experience

B.E, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 5-8 Years

• Expert in in Catia V5
• Expert in Interior trims. Complete knowledge in design lifecycle for an interior trim part is preferred.
• Must have strong experience in plastic design and development.
• Must have relevant experience in Master Sections, Vehicle Integration, Vehicle packaging, Concept creation of Interior Projects
• Must have relevant experience in interior parts like Hard Trims, Soft Trims, Consoles, Headliners, Floors, carpets & insulations
• Must be willing to work at various levels in a project organization depending on the project requirement

Preferred Skills

Automotive Interiors plastics, OEM Experience preferred, Good communication and inter personal skills
