Tax Transfer Pricing Project Lead

• Support in implementation and monitoring of all kinds of Tax Projects and policies
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of basic transfer pricing concepts and effectively apply economic/finance/tax knowledge to the Tax Projects and Tax Topics
• Strong capabilities to execute Tax Analytics of various Tax Projects and their benefits and costs like for example the corridor calculation for the SSF, support the tax calculations for the CPO, lead the TNMM implementation into the organization including the necessary monthly analytics (lead content wise the TNMM analyst in the GCC and VAT team for the CPO)
• Knowledge of the U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and thorough understanding of the international transfer pricing environment
• Strong experience in general accounting and intercompany accounting and controlling
• Directly liaising with the onshore tax and finance teams to collect and review the intercompany transaction data and there by maintaining the consistency in IC flow and driving process simplification
• Periodic intercompany account reconciliation and margin analysis
• Experience in preparation of TP documentation and performing high-skilled economic/benchmarking analyses like for example ad hoc topics like APB 23 and EAV topics
• Evaluating financial results to ensure compliance with relevant Europe region transfer pricing rules
• Supporting the transfer pricing leaders and country tax directors in transfer pricing audits
• Perform other ad-hoc operations as and when needed

Education & Experience:

Education & Experience:

• Very strong graduate or postgraduate qualification in economics/commerce/management stream
• Very strong excel and analytics and controlling skill set
• Preferably 5 - 8 years of experience in intercompany accounting and Transfer Pricing in a multinational environment
• Enthusiastic team player who is self-motivated and can work independently and as part of the team
• Good interpersonal and professional communication skills, both spoken & written
• Experience in Transfer Pricing documentation and benchmarking analyses as a basic know-how

• Comfortable in using enterprise operating systems to extract, analyse and review the financial data
