Project Coordinator

• ssist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables related to HR and recruitment initiatives.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, calls, and meetings with candidates.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
• Manage recruitment pipelines and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and tracking tools.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
• Facilitate communication between HR teams, vendors, and other departments.
• Track action items from meetings, ensure timely follow-up, and manage resource allocation.
• Identify risks in HR projects or recruitment processes and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare regular updates and reports for HR management and stakeholders.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, Project Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Experience in recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
