Job Description
- Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized andin conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement
- Develop and maintain project performance database thattracks overall progress and achievement of milestones
- Assign and monitor resources effectively to boostproject efficiency and maximize deliverables output
- Report project risks and outcomes to appropriatemanagement channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan
- Serve as point of communication between company teamsand external resources
- Deepen partnerships with outside resources, includingthird-party vendors and researchers
Area of responsibilities
- Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and clientrequirements, facilitate pricing discussions and obtain senior management inputon timelines and deliverables
- Engage relevant stakeholders in negotiation decisions involving legal orregulatory requirements, contract standards, and cost targets

Requirements
- Prior Experience in leading partner drivenengagements
- Proven ability and experience in executing strategic asset managementprocesses successfully
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management processes, as well as experiencewith Discovery tool
- Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics may beadvantageous.
- Excellent negotiating and persuasive skills, both in one-on-one and groupsituations
- Ability to systematically analyse complex problems, draw relevant conclusionsand implement appropriate solutions
- Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
- Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
