Functional Skills

1. SAP SuccessFactors Knowledge:
   
• Expertise in Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
• Understanding of other integrated modules (Employee Central, Performance Management).
2. Compensation and Pay Processes:
   
• Knowledge of compensation plans, salary structures, pay matrices, bonus calculations, and incentive programs.
• Experience in designing, configuring, and implementing variable pay and compensation templates.
3. Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
   
• Ability to gather business requirements, map them to system capabilities, and create functional specifications.
4. Business Process Understanding:
   
• In-depth understanding of HR business processes, compensation strategies, and workforce planning.
5. Data Management:
   
• Experience in handling employee data, eligibility rules, and importing/exporting compensation data.

Technical Skills

1. Configuration and Administration:
   
• Hands-on experience in configuring:
• Compensation worksheets.
• Variable pay programs.
• Budgeting tools, guidelines, and workflows.
• Pay-for-performance models.
2. Integrations:
   
• Experience in integrating Compensation and Variable Pay with other modules and third-party tools.
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and APIs.
3. Analytics and Reporting:
   
• Proficiency in SuccessFactors reporting tools (Advanced Reporting, Ad Hoc Reporting).
• Knowledge of dashboards and metrics for compensation analysis.
4. System Updates and Maintenance:
   
• Managing system releases and applying new features introduced by SAP.
5. Data Security:
   
• Understanding of GDPR and other data protection regulations, ensuring secure handling of compensation data.

Preferred Experience and Certifications

1. Experience:
   
• 3-5 years in implementing SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions.
• End-to-end project experience, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
2. Certifications:
   
• SAP SuccessFactors Certified in Compensation and Variable Pay.
• Knowledge of Employee Central certification is an added advantage.
3. Project Methodologies:
   
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or SAP Activate methodologies.
