Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Travel Coordinator to manage airline and hotel bookings for our technology consultants and staff members. The role involves coordinating travel primarily for our American team, ensuring seamless travel arrangements while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Travel Bookings:

Arrange flights and hotel accommodations for consultants and staff members.

Ensure bookings comply with company travel policies and guidelines.


Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, or modifications to itineraries which may require weekend engagement and intervention.

Communication & Coordination:

Liaise with team members to understand travel requirements.

Communicate clearly with hotels, travel agencies and airlines to confirm reservations.


Maintain timely updates with travellers regarding booking confirmations and changes.

Market Expertise:

Work with travel vendors, aggregators and platforms specializing in the American market.


Stay informed on market trends, airline policies, and accommodation options.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain records of travel expenses and provide regular reports to the Operations Manager.


Monitor and reconcile invoices for accuracy.

Problem Resolution:

Resolve issues such as missed connections, hotel no-shows, or last-minute travel needs efficiently.


Serve as a point of contact for emergencies during travel.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in international ticketing and travel coordination. Overall 4 years of work experience is a must.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with GDS (Global Distribution Systems) and travel booking platforms is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Shift Timing: 7PM to 4AM
