Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Implement and customize Zoho applications to meet client requirements.
• Provide expert consultation on Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure effective use of Zoho products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Zoho applications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Zoho implementations and customizations.
• Stay updated with the latest Zoho features and updates to provide the best solutions to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Zoho Consultant or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, etc.
• Strong coding knowledge, particularly in scripting languages used within Zoho applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in Zoho applications is a plus.
