Program Manager - WIN

Program Leadership:

• Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of multiple programs aligned with WINs mission.
  
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
  

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, funders, and community organizations.
  
• Facilitate collaboration among diverse teams and ensure effective communication.

Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define program strategies and goals.
  
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the innovation ecosystem.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

• Establish metrics and KPIs to assess program impact and effectiveness.
  
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  

Team Development:

• Mentor and support program team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  
• Lead training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.

Budget Management:

• Oversee program budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and compliance with funding requirements.
  
• Identify opportunities for funding and resource mobilization.

Qualifications:

• Masterdegree in any branch of Science/ Engineering / Medicine
  
• 10+ years of experience in program management, managing funding initiatives with focus on innovation, entrepreneurship, or social impact.
  
• Strong understanding of the innovation ecosystem and experience working in emerging markets.
  
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams effectively.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement tools.
