Job Description:
1. Service Delivery Management:
- Oversee and monitor service delivery for assigned accounts to ensure high-quality standards and compliance with SLAs.
- Identify and address service delivery gaps, suggest and implement improvements.
2. Account Oversight:
- Manage contracts, ensuring all terms and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and expectations and build quotations for new acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across accounts.
3. Billing and Financial Analysis:
- Review and manage account billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
- Monitor account profitability and suggest cost-optimization strategies.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
4. Program Execution and Strategy:
- Develop and implement program plans, timelines, and deliverables for client accounts.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service execution.
- Ensure alignment between company objectives and client requirements.
5. Data-Driven Analysis:
- Analyze service delivery metrics, client feedback, and financial data to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and suggest strategies for account growth.
6. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, R&D, production, finance) to ensure effective delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in program management, service delivery, or account management, preferably in the warranty and service industry.
Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
