Rapido Cabs made its debut on May 2023, marking the commencement of its services in eight cities. Notably, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Delhi stand out as the primary cities for this initial launch. However, the ambitious plan includes an extensive expansion to encompass over 50 cities in the coming 12 months.

We're looking for an experienced programme manager to join our team and help us continue our winning streak. The ideal candidate will have a keen business sense and a track record of successfully strategizing and implementing high-level programme initiatives. You will have a high talent for project coordination and delegation as a natural born leader. Finally, you're driven by a desire to increase productivity and ensure programme success from start to finish.
Objectives of this Role:
- Plan, implement, and sustain programme initiatives that are in line with the organization's goals.
- Develop evaluation and improvement processes for the programme.
- Maintain organisational satisfaction, quality, and performance standards.
- Oversee several teams to ensure programme objectives are met.
- Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Plan and establish scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, and schedule for new initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams and assigned product managers.
- Organize and delegate cross-project efforts, as well as manage cross-functional teams for maximum return on investment.
- Determine the most important requirements from cross-functional teams.
- Be responsible for meeting or exceeding set corporate goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities across the department's many projects.
- Analyze, assess, and mitigate programme risks, as well as prepare programme reports for management and stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A master's degree in business administration or a closely related subject is required.
- Leadership, time management, facilitation, and organisational skills are all exceptional.
- Outstanding understanding of the principles of change management and performance evaluation methods.
- Stakeholder management experience
