Job Description


Scope:
Responsible for execution strategy and success of the new customer introduction and delivery for Healthcare and Medtech vertical New Business Development Unit. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and operational/ delivery expertise to ensure speed of response to customer needs, building right proposals, setup energetic teams and deliver quality output to customer. The PgM partners with the Client Partner (CP) of the vertical to create an effective strategy in order to map and exceed customer expectations with service delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring the industrialization of delivery capabilities, in active partnership with Horizontal Delivery Leads (HDLs), to drive revenue generation and foster organization growth.
Candidate Profile:
Demonstrated expertise in Project / Program management. Solid Engineering project/program management skills in healthcare and medical verticals. Handling global teams in multiple Geos / Transnational Leadership. Exposure to sales and customer relationship management. Inspires confidence and becomes trusted partner/advisor to key customer contacts. Working closely with Senior Sales leaders. Strong communication and people skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the CP in induction of NBD (new business development, new customers) with growth mindset
  • Ensure CP and the sales teams are in the field with the customers leaving the inward facing activities to the delivery leaders
  • Responsible for delivery execution globally at all sites supporting customers
  • Decides where projects will be executed when there are multiple options to maximize benefit for customer and Quest Global
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills.
  • Prepare RFQ/RFP responses, work closely with Subject Matter experts, cross functional teams to evolve solutions specific to the RFQ/RFP.
  • Work closely with team to guide and help resolve technical issues / risks in the project.
  • Business Excellence aspects- Revenue, CM, Quest Global Branding, Resource Management Utilization, Cost Optimization.
  • Plan the manpower, material and financial requirement for the domain/service for optimum Resource Management Cost Optimization.
  • Build and maintain existing customer relationships in the domain/service and leverage it to acquire more projects for the domain/Delivery Led Growth.
  • Liaise with Technical stream to build competence of team members in the domain/service by creating platforms to share knowledge and implementing new technology.
  • Adhere to QMS, Customer specific processes, specifications and standards
  • Appraise, coach and develop teams to improve their skills in the technical area and deliver projects better and faster
  • Superior Program management to deliver all projects to success
  • Plan the manpower, material and financial requirement for the domain/service and co-ordinate with Talent Acquisition Team, HR and Finance for acquiring them
  • Build and maintain existing customer relationships in the domain/service and leverage it to acquire more projects for the domain
  • Build competence of team members in the domain/service by creating platforms to share knowledge and implementing new technology.
  • Nominate subordinates for training programs in accordance with their development plans.
  • Responsible for project people management aspects of the Project
  • Manage Operational Excellence of the projects (Applied Ratio, Yield, On Time Recruitment, MMR, Attrition Management).
  • Review, Monitor delivery excellence aspects of the program/projects.
  • CSAT and ESAT for the VBU delivery
  • TAT effectiveness
  • Financial performance
  • Revenue (along with sales) and contribution margin
  • Customer relationships
  • Personally builds strong customer senior relationships - attend important QBRs and customer meetings. Gets firsthand voice of customer
  • Implements a Delivery contact planfor his/her staff to build working level customer relationships, understand needs, and propose solutions


Work Experience
Deep domain knowledge of products lifecycle, engineering, Quality processes, Medical devices and major engineering services, external drivers and funding.
Strong relationships with senior and mid-level technical managers with customers. Engineering knowledge and complete product life-cycle knowledge including,
Engineering processes including design, manufacturing, analysis, aftermarket, quality, fielded product support (both software hardware) and Digital
Challenges related to cost, delivery, schedule, or support
Internal funding process including timing, influencers and approvals
Outsourcing processes, funding, upcoming changes and leadership
Existing major outsourcing suppliers including SWOT and assessment of respective suppliers
Strong commercial skills and experience including selling process, negotiating, pricing, costing, discount structures, terms and conditions, sales strategy development, execution and sales proposal development.
Understanding of relevant/adjacent technologies and competitorservices.
Experience in authoring proposals; knowledge on master service contracts and long-term agreements.
Experience working with global remote team / offshore delivery model environment Proven ability to grow businesses profitably
Experience with sales and account management and in developing strategic plans
Experience leading cross functional teams
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Results driven, high energy, self-motivated, persistent and able to work independently
Decisive, analytical, strategic thinker.

Education:
BachelorDegree Engineering.
Masterdegree/MBA preferred
