High School Program Manager
We are seeking a dynamic High School Program Manager to lead and expand our portfolio of high school programs. This role focuses on designing, managing, and delivering transformative learning experiences for high school students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, faculty coordination, and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Program Development:

Lead the development and delivery of innovative high school programs.
Collaborate with faculty to design engaging and impactful curricula.
Develop program structures that optimize student learning and engagement.
Drive the continuous improvement of program quality and outcomes.
Faculty Management:

Coordinate with faculty to ensure effective program delivery and content preparation.
Manage faculty schedules, resource requirements, and honorarium processes.
Program Operations:

Oversee the student selection process and ensure efficient program logistics, including venues, materials, and budgets.
Ensure seamless program delivery and high-quality execution.
Student Success:

Create engaging learning environments tailored to high school participants.
Implement student support systems to enhance their program experience.
Analyse program feedback and alumni engagement to drive continuous improvement.
Growth & Partnerships:

Identify opportunities for expanding the reach and impact of high school programs.
Build relationships with schools, educational partners, and other stakeholders.
Develop scalable program models and sustainable growth strategies.
Marketing & Recruitment:

Drive student recruitment efforts through strategic campaigns and partnerships.
Develop compelling promotional materials and manage the programs' digital presence.
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in education, Technology, or related field
7-10 years of experience in educational program management
Eligibility:

Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Proven track record of managing youth programs 
Experience working with academic faculty 
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to think creatively and innovatively about educational programs.
Experience in community engagement and outreach.
Willingness to travel as needed to support program development and execution.
Familiarity with educational marketing and promotional strategies will be a plus but is not a must.
