- Support in the identification and prioritization of business problems related to Digital Assets with senior leadership.

- Conduct Design Thinking workshops with stakeholders, examining possible solutions and challenges.

- Implement collaboration with vendors to create and distribute requirements for the Project.

- Develop and finalize scope of work and timelines to ensure timely delivery of the Project.

- Supervise the definition of project scope and objectives based on identified business problems.

- Test and allocate project resources efficiently, collaborating with vendors and third parties.

- Implement risk management efforts by identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.

- Analyse and maintain up-to-date documentation and reports, including project charter and work breakdown structure.

- Knowledge of Low code No code program such as PowerApps to meet business and technical requirements.

- Understanding business needs, knowing how to create and manage the tool, conferring with users and studying system flow, and work processes.

- Collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
