Campaign Program Manager

• Planning and executing, integrated demand generation programs focused on new customer acquisition, creating new business and pipeline opportunities
• This program will work across the APAC region and also oversee contact acquisition and outreach programs, collaborating with field marketing teams in each country to embed or enhance new customer acquisition initiatives in new or existing activities, and manage regional tracking and reporting of field activities that support new customer acquisition We are looking for a highly organised, goal-oriented, self-directed professional to join the team and be an active player in our larger marketing team
• You will interact directly with key business leaders, global and regional campaign teams and ServiceNow business units to develop marketing strategy and plans - encompassing market awareness and demand generation programs designed to meet and be accountable for revenue targets
• Integrated program development, relationship management skills, adaptability and experience marketing in a high-technology, dynamic environment is crucial to your success

• Partner with ServiceNow marketing and business teams to understand ongoing go-to-market, activity plans and priority areas, gathering insight and translating these business needs into the wider marketing strategy and execution plan
• This includes regularly communicating results and learnings back to the business
• Build and execute marketing plans that result in measurable pipeline growth and revenue that will be reviewed regularly with your manager and team
• Develop compelling and insightful programs to engage new clients across the business
• Engage and lead best practices on contact acquisitions and outreach initiatives and call teams
• Be a data native and use data and insights to monitor performance and ensure objectives are met
• Continually look at ongoing innovations and best practices to elevate the program, experience, and results

Qualifications

• In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has: 8+ years of marketing experience in a technology environment directly supporting sales teams such as Campaign management or Performance Management Experience in managing agencies to deliver marketing programs at scale
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across concurrent campaigns
• Be digitally savvy with a demonstrated understanding of the role of digital across integrated campaigns
