Position: Program Manager R&D

Education: BE/B Tech/ M.E/M Tech/MS/MCA/MSc.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving R&D based projects in the specified domain within the technology organization.

The candidate needs to have excellent software development background spanning a minimum of 10 years while having worked extensively in a research focussed organization

This Leader is responsible to drive R&D activities and Projects from inception to completion within UIDAI that involve working closely with teams building solutions that demonstrate possibilities to improve the products and offerings we provide.

Work Experience -

10+ years of overall experience in software development practice

• Atleast 5 years of leadership experience with Program management for R&D based Organizations
• Atleast 2 years of experience with developing strategic partnerships with external entities such as Academia, Start-up ecosteam system and evolving organizations

Requirement -

Proven track record of developing and delivering successful software programs and partnerships

• Excellent customer and UX knowledge
• Experience with creating strategic plans, PoC’s / Project roadmaps for R&D departments
• Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development processes
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and management skills
• Excellent presentation skills related to advanced technologies, concepts and products
• Must have handled programs and initiatives at a global level

• Create and manage R&D Programs and Projects.
