We are looking for a talented, energised and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Digital Team. As a Digital Project Management & Special Projects person, you will be responsible for planning, executing and overseeing digital projects to ensure they are completed successfully and on time. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions that align with our business objectives.

Job Location - Corporate office, Ahmedabad

Working days - 6 days (1st & 3rd Saturday Off)

Work from Home Option - Not Available

Must have Pharma Industry Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Initiation:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope and requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, dependencies, responsible person/ function and resource allocation.
• Conduct project kickoff meetings and ensure team alignment on project goals.

Execution and Monitoring:

• Monitor project progress, identify & highlight issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Minute the meetings & action points clearly and follow up on action points with right team members.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Maintain clear and open communication with project stakeholders.
• Provide regular project status updates to internal teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for project-related inquiries.

Resource Management:

• Allocate resources effectively to support project requirements.
• Identify & highlight resource constraints and recommend solutions.

Digital Strategy & Special Projects:

• Contribute to the development of digital strategies and initiatives.
• Lead and drive special projects that align with the company's strategic objectives.
• Conduct research, gather data and perform analyses to inform project decisions.
• Develop project charters, scope statements and project plans for special initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the progress of special projects to senior management.

Qualifications:

• B.E / B.Tech / M.Pharma/ M.Tech
• Minimum work experience of more than 10 years.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager on digital projects.
• Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Strong team management skills, excellent problem-solving & analytical abilities and effective communication & interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented person
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
