About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Java Developer with expertise in Enterprise Integration to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced, product-centric environment and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work in an Agile, Test-Driven Development (TDD) environment, and a passion for delivering production-grade code in a fast-moving setup.

Responsibilities:

1. Designing, developing and maintaining java-based applications.
2. Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle.
3. Writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
4. Ensuring designs are in compliance with specifications.
5. Preparing and producing releases of software components.
6. Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and

technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

Candidate Requirements:

1. 4+ years of Java development experience with a strong focus on backend development.
2. Strong hands-on experience in Java 1.8+, J2EE 5+, and Spring Boot (4+ years)
3. Expertise in JPA, Design Patterns, OOP concepts, and multi-threading.
4. Experience with RDBMS (3+ years) and writing efficient queries
5. Hands-on experience in Socket Programming (Java)
6. Agile development experience, including Test-Driven Development (TDD).
7. Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
8. Experience working in a product-centric environment with dynamically changing requirements.
9. Ideal candidate has worked in a fast-paced startup environment with dynamically changing requirements.
10. Someone who can move at a very high speed and produce production grade source code.
11. Very confident on understanding requirements.

Nice to have: 

1. Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (highly preferred).
