Job Description
Production Support (L1 L2 support) (Mumbai Navi Mumbai)
Years of Experience:Education Required: Graduation in B.Sc or BE in IT or Computers, ITIL certified will be preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Complete ownership of L1 and L2 support
- To check/Analyze the transactions and logs and device settlements
- Support an DR / drill activities from an application services standpoint
- Meeting all SLA requirements
Required Technical Skills :
- Knowledge in relational database, Linux, UNIX, Java, C++
- Experience in ATM/Retail transaction switching technology
