Production Manager

Role & responsibilities : Candidate must have at least 5 year of Exp. in light Manufacturing industry.

Handling production of automotive lighting & Electrical switches, LED Head Lamps, LED Tail Lamps, LED Blinkers & other lighting products. for OEMs.

• Manage day-to-day operations of production team, ensuring timely completion of production schedules.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques, resulting in reduction in waste and a increase in efficiency.
• Oversee quality control processes, leading to improvement in product quality and a reduction in customer complaints.
• Develop and execute production plans in coordination with sales, supply chain, and logistics departments.
• Manage budget and cost control measures, reducing production costs through efficient resource allocation.
• Train and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, resulting in consecutive years without a lost-time incident.
• Daily monitoring of various trackers and action plan related to P, Q, C, D, S and M.
• Implementation of improvement tools on shop floor Process Like- Total preventive maintenance, VSM, Line balancing, Cycle time study.
• Expert of Assembly line. Cycle time study, VSM, Line balancing, for productivity improvement Continuous improvement through kaizens, elimination of wastes, 6S.
