Production Manager

Role & responsibilities

Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of 50 employees, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence.

Production Management: Ensure that the plant runs as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and customer requirements.

Lean Management: Utilize lean management tools for routine management to enhance operational efficiency.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.

Training and Delegation: Build and empower the team through effective training and delegation to enhance performance and productivity.

Budget Management: Meet budgeted production targets within the budgeted consumption of raw materials and energy.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as operations, supply chain, logistics, and sales to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
