Job Description

Suven Life Sciences Ltd is looking for Chemists - Production: to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
Manufacturing Processes:Execute and oversee production processes in accordance with established protocols and quality standards
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot chemical production equipment
Quality Control:Conduct quality control tests and analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards throughout the production process
Batch Documentation:Generate and maintain accurate batch records and production documentation
Record and analyze data related to production metrics and quality parameters
Process Improvement:Collaborate with the R&D and Engineering teams to implement process improvements
Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reduction in production processes
Safety and Compliance:Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
Maintain awareness of and compliance with industry regulations and best practices
Material Handling:Coordinate the handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals and hazardous materials
Monitor inventory levels and initiate requisitions for raw materials
Team Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Operations
Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed
Equipment Maintenance:Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and troubleshoot equipment issues
Collaborate with maintenance teams to address equipment malfunctions promptly
