Job Description
- Suven Life Sciences Ltd is looking for Chemist - Quality Control: to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Quality Testing and Analysis:Perform a variety of qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
- Utilize analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, and UV-Vis to ensure product compliance with specifications
- Instrumentation Operation and Maintenance:Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments, ensuring proper calibration and functionality
- Collaborate with the maintenance team for instrument repairs and upgrades
- Method Development and Validation:Contribute to the development and validation of new analytical methods
- Work closely with the R&D team to transfer validated methods to routine quality control
- Quality Assurance and Compliance:Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards
- Participate in internal and external audits, addressing any quality-related issues
- Data Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control activities
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing test results, deviations, and any corrective actions taken
- Continuous Improvement:Identify areas for process improvement within the quality control workflow
- Implement changes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall laboratory performance
- Training and Development:Train and mentor junior staff on laboratory techniques, equipment operation, and quality control procedures
- Stay current with industry trends and share knowledge with the team
- Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and regulatory affairs
- Communicate effectively to relay quality control findings and collaborate on issue resolution
