Experience:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Install and assemble of electronic and electric systems based on technical specifications.
2. Repair and maintain of electronic and electric systems as needed.
3. Capable of fitting PCBs in device housings with perfection.
4. Should also have knowledge on fault finding in PCB and replacement of faulty components with perfection.
5. Should do regular maintenance check on all the installed machinery in Assembling, Testing and Calibration areas for its proper working.
6. Will provide assistance to Engineer and supervisor for Maintaining of proper documentation involved in the process of assembling and production of devices.
7. Delivery of assembled material at client end as and when required.
8. Operate power and manual tools safely to avoid accidents.
9. Make cable and wiring connections accurately.
10. Perform inspections check to identify defects and replacements of any faulty component.
11. Perform system testing to evaluate performance and functionality.
12. Giving feedback to his reporting manager about the work done during the day.
13. Should also have knowledge on fault finding in Electronic/Electrical devices.
14. Submission of daily report to Reporting Engineer.
15. Coordinating with the vendor/Principle company for the replacements/ repair and spare on requirement basis.
16. Maintaining the contact data sheet of client as well as vendor.
17. Provide assistance to Reporting manager/ engineer for documentation work.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

1. Should have good knowledge of Electronic/ Electrical Components and their working.
2. Should have good knowledge of Electronics and Electrical.
3. Should have proper understanding of Electronic and Electrical tools to be used.
4. Should be able of doing Soldering.
5. Should have knowledge of AC and DC voltages and currents. Should also have the knowledge on the different type of transformers, adaptors and power supplies.
6. Electrical/ Electronic techs need to be able to identify issues and make corrective measures to fix problems with electrical/ electronic components.
7. Should have good knowledge of Electronic Components and their working.
8. Should have good knowledge of PCB.
9. Should have proper understanding of Electronic tools to be used during assembling.
10. Should have proper knowledge of Soldering with different soldering stations and soldering irons.
11. Capable of understanding the use of electronic components, ICs, Diodes, resistance, capacitors etc.
