Job Description

Key Tasks and responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain production processes and systems.
Monitor and analyze production performance to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare and maintain documentation for production processes and procedures.
Train and support production staff on new processes and equipment.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of production facilities.

Who you are?

Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
Advanced degree or certifications in production or manufacturing engineering.

What you can be?

Bachelor s degree in production engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven 3-5 Years experience in a production engineering role.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
