PRODUCTION ENGINEER

• Must have 2-3 years in Plastic molding in Production.

• Preferably have experience of 1 years in Plastic molding in Production Maintenance Dept.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a Diploma in Plastics Processing / DME / ITI.

• Preferably have qualified B.E. / B. Tec

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• To take full responsibility for the shift in terms of management of staff, management of production and quality targets.

• To take full responsibility of the quality and product that is produced within the shift in line.

• Monitor, measure and report on production related process performance, general issues.

• SOP, process parameter sheet display after mold change.

• To ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift and all matters relating to using the resources within the company.

• Problem solving and troubling shooting skills, Developing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement and optimizing Process flow for manufacturing activities.

• Ensure optimum utilization of available resources, minimize wastages in the factory.

• Allocation Handling and Controlling of Manpower in Shifts.

• Monitoring and controlling of process parameters for Achieve desired production target and efficiency.

• Implement Monitor 5S, Kaizen, 8D 4M safety, and Zero Accident Compliance on Shop floor.

• Ensure production as per plan meet multiple quality system requirements of various OEMs. Shift Handling.

• Responsibility for team management, motivation, and development.
