Product Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Understanding the Product Life Cycle and Release plans
• Understanding the in-depth configuration of application
• Preparation and maintenance of necessary documentation
• Ensure timely testing of the system based on signed off requirements.
• Providing walkthroughs to development and business teams and priority setting.
• Assist and participate in the deployment of defined business solutions.
• Governance knowledge with vendor teams
• Experience in BA, understanding business needs and converting it to technical solutions and

support models.

• Good oral and written communication skill
• Should be adaptable to new solution
• Should be available with out of the box solution
• Understanding of health/General insurance business products & processes. (preferably)
• Understanding of Communication tools.
• Knowledge about scheduling and managing communication marketing/service campaign
• Should be innovative with ideas and solution, quick learner
