Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance, education, and training to customers.
Develop and implement flawless methods for various products, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards.
Conduct engaging customer presentations, technical seminars, and training sessions.
Collaborate with key scientific and educational leaders to deepen customer relationships.
Build and present technical content for diverse platforms, including websites, seminars, and reports.
Manage product-related issues and troubleshoot effectively at demo labs or customer sites.
Generate and review technical application notes and contribute to global tech tools.
Stay updated on current technology trends and scientific literature, sharing insights with the sales team.

Requirements

Experience of over 5 years in working with LCMS/GCMS/ICPMS/HPLC
Extensive background in the Food/Pharma/Biopharma industry/Commercial Testing Lab
Ability to travel extensively (>70%) and provide onsite support.
Strong interest in learning and supporting alternate techniques.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Ambitious and collaborative great teammate with a positive outlook.
