Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) +Masters degree will be a plus
 
Job Responsibilities
The role holder is responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, collaborating with teams, and ensuring the delivery of customer-centric, valuable, and high-quality products

The core responsibilities include:
 
Requirements Management and User Story Creation:
 
1. Break down high-level requirements into detailed user stories using INVEST criteria.
2. Define clear acceptance criteria for each user story.
3. Apply agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) to enhance collaboration, productivity, and project delivery.
4. Act as a bridge between product and the development team to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.

Product Backlog Prioritization and Management:
 
1. Maintain a we'll-defined product backlog with features, enhancements, and fixes.
2. Prioritize backlog items based on business value and stakeholder needs.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to align on the product roadmap and release plans.
4. Utilize tools like JIRA and Trello to monitor progress and facilitate transparent communication within teams.

Sprint Planning and Task Management:
 
1. Extract user stories from the backlog and break them down into actionable tasks.
2. Participate in sprint planning meetings to define the scope of work for upcoming sprints.
3. Provide support to the development team by clarifying requirements and ensuring a shared understanding of tasks.
4. Monitor product performance and incorporate user feedback, market changes, and technological advancements to improve the product.

Continuous Improvement and Stakeholder Engagement:
 
1.Gather feedback from stakeholders and end-users to refine user stories and backlog items
2.Continuously analyze processes and outcomes to identify areas for improvement in team collaboration, project delivery, and product quality."
