IntraEdge - Product Owner (6-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the Scrum team, ensuring clear communication of goals, objectives, and requirements.

- Define and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with the MARS Transformation objectives and strategic goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable domains, ensuring timely and effective project delivery.

- Drive agile practices, including participation in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, ensuring that sprint deliverables are met on time and to the highest quality standards.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements that are actionable for the development team.

- Act as a subject matter expert for Accounts Receivable/Payable processes, offering insights and solutions to enhance system efficiency and support business goals.

Key Skills & Experience:

- Strong background and expertise in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, with a deep understanding of related financial workflows.

- Proven experience as a Product Owner, successfully translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams.

- Experience with Amex MARS projects is highly preferred; knowledge of how MARS systems integrate with financial processes is an advantage.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including hands-on experience in leading or supporting transformation initiatives within agile environments.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
