- The Product Analyst / Product Operations Analyst will play a critical role in enhancing lead engagement across various communication channels.

- This position involves analyzing and optimizing strategies for dialing, texting, and cadencing to improve contact rates and lead conversions.

- The successful candidate will employ rigorous A/B testing, data analysis, and automation to drive efficiency and effectiveness in lead engagement processes.

Role and Responsibilities:

Lead Engagement Optimization:

- Analyze and optimize lead engagement strategies to improve contact rates and conversions.

- Conduct A/B testing to validate the effectiveness of various engagement tactics.

Data Analysis:

- Investigate lead drop-off funnels to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and actionable recommendations.

Communication Strategy Design:

- Design and implement communication strategies tailored to different stages of the engagement funnel.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Experimentation and Testing:

- Lead experiments to test different hypotheses around lead engagement and conversion.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of these experiments.

Automation and Optimization:

- Implement automation to enhance process efficiencies and response times.

- Continuously identify and execute optimizations to streamline processes and reduce manual interventions.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in Product, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar role.

- Proficiency in data analytics tools and software.

- Deep understanding of lead engagement strategies, A/B testing, and funnel analysis.

- Experience with NLP/large language models (LLMs) for customer engagement preferred.

- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

- Familiarity with Agile tools and methodologies.

- Should comfortable working from 5pm-2am IST shift.
