Job Description
The product manager will be reporting to the Director of Product Management: Certifications. They will be responsible for prioritizing, strategizing, and cresting business cases for global certifications. This will help the product teams prioritize customer needs.
About the role:
- Engage with key stakeholders to identify roadmaps
- Interact with product teams, engineers, sales, and compliance teams
- Strategize and prioritize global certifications
- Provide executive level status updates on revenue impacts and current certification status
- Do research on what competitors are doing
About you:
- You have an ability to form relationships at various/multiple levels
- Your influencing skills are very effective at both the executive and individual contributor levels
- You work very well in a faster-paced, high-growth environment
- Proficient Excel skills
- Proficient with G-Suite
- JIRA experience a plus
- Smartsheet experience is a plus
