Job Description
- Being a product evangelist by assisting in strategic and tactical aspects of a product.
- Developing and maintain a near and long-term roadmap for development and uptake of FRC Foundation s services.
- Communicating progress, challenges, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Assisting in planning and executing releases, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Monitoring other teams are progressing in the uptake of our features and assisting them through issues.
- Working closely with our internal and external customers and partners to gather feedback, understand use cases, and incorporate those insights into product requirements and deliverables.
- Writing user stories and acceptance criteria for features and ensure the resulting deliverables live up to our standards.
- Identifying inefficiencies in our processes and always striving to improve them.
- Holding yourself and others accountable to their commitments.
- Conducting demonstrations for key customers.
