Job Overview:

- We are looking for a skilled and motivated Product Manager to drive the development and optimization of our Payment Gateway solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our payment processing capabilities, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy: Define and implement the vision and roadmap for our Payment Gateway products, aligning with business objectives and market needs.

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape in payment processing.

- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, translating them into actionable features and enhancements.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

- User Experience: Advocate for an exceptional user experience, ensuring that our payment solutions are user-friendly and meet customer expectations.

- Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Compliance and Security: Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure that the payment gateway complies with all legal and security standards.

- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate product updates and roadmaps to stakeholders, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 3+ years of experience in product management, specifically within payment processing or financial technology.

- Strong understanding of payment gateways, transaction processes, and related technologies (APIs, security protocols).

- Proven ability to analyze data and market trends to inform product decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with PCI DSS compliance and payment security standards.

- Knowledge of merchant services and e-commerce payment solutions.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
