Position : Product Manager Lead

Experience : 4-6 Years

Responsibilities :

- Define and manage the product security roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.

- Provide your technical know-how to help the development team create creative and durable solutions.

- Priorities product features based on the level of technical difficulty.

- Lead and drive progress of all programs against a schedule. Collaborate with other engineering teams to align services and optimize resources.

- To inform product enhancements, track and evaluate usage numbers, market trends, and user input.

- Engage in design and development conversations by offering suggestions to enhance the technical implementation and user experience.

- In order to guarantee effective rollouts, plan product launches in conjunction with the marketing and sales departments.

- Encourage a thorough comprehension of new technology and the competitive environment. Be abreast of market trends, best practices, and technological developments.

- Minimum 2+ years managing a team of product managers.

Qualifications :

- A minimum of 4 years experience in a technical role related to product management.

- Solid technical foundation.

- Outstanding communication abilities, including the capacity to explain technical ideas to people who are not technical.
