Admission Counselor - Sales - EdTech (1-4 yrs)

Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role as an Admission Counselor in the edtech. As an Admission Counselor, you will be responsible for assisting prospective students in the admission process, providing guidance on educational programs, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. This role is located in Bengaluru.

Qualifications :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong knowledge of educational programs and admissions processes

- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students

- Experience in customer service or counseling roles

- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools

- Bachelor's degree in a related field

- Organizational and multitasking abilities

- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
